Blissful TRIP TO GHANA
FULL OF SURF, YOGA & NEW PERSPECTIVES
Always dreamed of surfing in Africa, but you would love that extra push? Eager to enjoy and surf in an unforgettable place, but don't feel like arranging everything yourself? Rather explore together than by yourself? Then our Blissful Trip to Ghana is definitely something for you!
We take you to the most beautiful beach in Ghana - which also happens to be the Mecca of surfing: BUSUA.Local surfing heroes and certified coaches The Justice Brothers as well as Ghana’s first ever female surfers, The Obibini Girls, will be in charge of inspiring and empowering you. Not only by daily coaching in the water, but also through professional video analyses of your performances.
We'll practice one hour of yoga everyday. To wake up the body, strengthen some core muscles or completely relax after an intense surf session.
We are aiming for all levels, and a maximum of 7 participants. We will surf on Soft Dog surfboards. Busua is our homebreak, sandy and punchy. With one session at Dixcove’s pointbreak.
We’ll guide you around for your full experience of this lush tropical coastal village and it’s magnificent surroundings. And somewhere in the middle of the trip, when our muscles need a break, we’ll feed your brains with a mind blowing visit to Fort Batenstein in Butre and Fort Metal Cross in Dixcove, homes of the first slave departures from Africa.
We all stay at Busua Bliss. A beautiful house and oasis of peace located in pristine nature, within walking distance of the beach and village. Our local chef provides breakfast and a hearty dinner!
We made a cool program including a music workshop, make your own Tote Bag, carve your funky spoon and a bonfire on the beach. Epic times guaranteed…

Black mamba
Black mamba is a right hander reef break at walking distance from the house. It breaks in front of the mango tree and the ride can be long. Normally it works with mid tight and the chances you surf it alone are high. Intermediate to advanced level. Always good to bring your local buddies.
-
BUSUA BEACH
Surfing in Busua is so much fun. The waves are good. For beginners but also experienced surfers. The water is warm and the locals are very cool. You might hear some nice reggae or afrobeat pumping from the beach. Surf conditions work best with high tide.
-
DIXCOVE
Dixcove is a smooth point break at walking distance from the house. But if you want your surf energy take a cab. The point is breaking in both directions, but we choose the right side. Last time we surfed it with a whale in the back. Intermediate to advanced level. Talented beginners also, but be smart and bring the local surfers with you.
